Expensive real estate prices in Dubai is why many people have decided to live in Sharjah and spend up to three hours to travel up and down every day from Dubai alone. Meanwhile, Dubai hotel rooms and apartments may be the appropriate place for high-flying executives, CEOs and holidaymakers to be, many are still not able to find accommodation in apartments or hotels in Dubai. Government efforts to encourage low cost housing projects always stood non-starters. The desire of the biggest, tallest and the most advanced infrastructure has greatly increased the cost of Dubai. Although that may indicate the time for the booming tourism sector, there are many others who will think. The need to save money to send back home may not allow many expatriates to buy accommodation in this scenario, they have moved to other places in the large-scale obstacles.

Dubai’s government need to know one way to have a balance between luxury and affordable housing projects. A segment of land must be freely given away at low prices to make this a reality. He can not be ignored too long, because most foreign workers continue to arrive in Dubai on a daily basis. There is fear, lack of affordable housing may slow the overall growth. The more expatriates who find it hard to buy accommodation in Dubai today. Some construction companies that have moved to other areas in Indonesia with a goal in a low-cost housing development there. This has the potential for inflicting Dubai economy is unless examined by authorities immediately.
